Roy Bourner (Our senior leader) is originally from Kent, he is married to Jitka with two children, one dog and a couple of hamsters!! He has been pastor at LFM for five years and oversees the majority of the ministries of the church. Roy’s desire is for every person to know the love of God, be radically transformed by his love and make his love known throughout the earth.

Bev Heron (Leader) is married with four grown up girls. Bev assists Pastor with pastoral care and Lay-deligate of the church . Bev’s hope is that together, as the family of God, we might come to understand what it really means to be a "chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, people belonging to God."

Richard Marett (Leader) is married with two young sons. Richard is responsible for all the kids ministries here at LFM. Richard’s heart is to see the children in our church gain a strong foundation in their love for Jesus that will last them a lifetime.

David Ramm (Leader) is married with two children. David oversees the finances of the church and the life groups. David’s focus is to see people fulfill their God given potential.
